We're Baaaaack!

Hope you all had a great holiday weekend and are ready to join us on your mats!

We have some great options in store for you in July.

**First, I want to remind everyone of the NEW-- Four Yoga Keys to Healthy Aging course which begins Tuesday July 13th! This is a 4-session course which is both informative AND active. You can expect 4 1-hour sessions where you learn the most important ways to move your body while building: Strength…Flexibility…Balance….and Agility.

There are many ways to ‘exercise’ but most of them focus on (maybe) just one aspect of these important keys. We are going to cover all four!! 

Designed by a medical doctor, it’s a learning-while-doing course, so be prepared to fill your minds with new and important information, while we move our bodies and have fun! We’re putting the FUN back into FUNctional Aging.

**Second, we have CommUNITY Yoga + Meditation coming up on Saturday July 10th, 17th and 24th! This class is FREE and runs 45 minutes. We begin with 35-40 minutes of Gentle (but effective!) yoga and a 5 minute Mindfulness Moment to round out your practice and set you up for your weekend.

**Third, we have the Queens of the Mat class! This is a bi-monthly class that I created in response to the request from a recreational volleyball team to help them stay fit and build the strength and flexibility required to play the game!

What we found is, this is a great class for ANYONE interested in staying fit and creating strength & flexibility so all are welcome!
