There are 2 types of aging that happen in our bodies... primary aging, which is progressive, gradual, inevitable, and natural... and secondary aging, which is lifestyle-related. This means secondary aging is within our control. That is good news!

Our lifestyle choices, like diet and exercise, determine not only how long we will live, but also how well we will live.

Using the information in this first level, 4-session yoga course, can give you the foundation and the tools to begin to take control over that secondary aging portion of getting older.

Session 1 - Upper Body Strength

Session 2 - Flexibility

Session 3 - Balance

Session 4 - Agility

Each session you will learn the concepts involved in that

focus, while actively participating in a yoga sequence. You

will walk away from this course with the knowledge and the

practical skills to integrate it into your daily lives.
