We're continuing our FREE CommUNITY Yoga Series called:

The 12 Benefits of Yoga That Are Supported by Science.

We’ll are continuing to look at 12 of the many benefits of yoga in greater depth.

Each Saturday we are focusing on one of the benefits yoga has to offer backed by science and then have a practice that demonstrates that focus.

In this way you’ll become aware of some of the ways your daily or weekly yoga sessions are providing value and you’ll be able to feel that value within the CommUNITY Yoga classes!

This 12-week FREE CommUNITY Yoga series would be a great one to share with family and friends who might be thinking of giving yoga a try or getting back to it.

The yoga benefit we will focus on this week...Yoga to lift you up when you're feeling down, deeply disappointed, a bit hopeless, or perhaps depressed

None of us have escaped this state of mind. After all, we are human and we've made it this far in life. We made it through adolescence, young adulthood, loss, Covid, and some pretty unsettling and upsetting times. This is for all of us.
