Your next 3 months of yoga will cover the following areas

~We will be practicing a yoga sequence each week specifically designed by a medical doctor to build:

  • strength
  • flexibility
  • balance
  • agility

Those are the 4 physical keys to healthy aging!

~In addition to the practices for physical benefits, we will also be doing practices to:

  • improve cardio
  • enhance the brain and nervous system
  • stress management
  • enhance mental calmness and composure especially in difficult situations (referred to as equanimity)

All this for less than $17/week!
