Each Saturday we are focusing on one of the benefits yoga has to offer backed by science and then have a practice that demonstrates that focus.
In this way you’ll become aware of some of the ways your daily or weekly yoga sessions are providing value and you’ll be able to feel that value within the CommUNITY Yoga classes!
This 12-week FREE CommUNITY Yoga series would be a great one to share with family and friends who might be thinking of giving yoga a try or getting back to it.

Yoga for Self Respect
Yoga boosts self-respect by building body awareness, promoting self-acceptance, and cultivating inner strength through mindful movement, breath-work, and poses like Warrior II, Mountain Pose, and Child's Pose, helping you feel more powerful, confident, and positive by connecting you to your potential.
Even short sessions (like 2 minutes) of standing yoga can increase feelings of energy and control, say researchers.
We'll practice poses for Power & Presence...poses for Self-Compassion...and poses for Inner Validation.
These are the elements that, when combined, create self respect.
