I turned 65 last week!

65!! I woke up that day and wondered where the years have gone. I could have done a lot of things that morning, but I chose to do my scheduled yoga session with Karen. When I started on this journey last year, I had hoped to get some relief from pain and tightness in my left hip area. What I ended up with has been so much more. Karen patiently worked with me to accomplish eliminating my hip issues. But these last few months, I have been able to strengthen my core, improve my flexibility, and accomplish moves that I swore I would never be able to do. Having my own personal sessions from the comfort of my home has been an absolute blessing. If you have a goal, no matter what your age, then I highly recommend Karen at 20000 Breaths--Terri

I have taken yoga classes at at least three different studios...

However, I love the convenience and high quality sessions that Karen provides. No need to get dressed, drive somewhere and do yoga when Karen comes to my home via the Zoom app! She’s amazing—dedicated, conscientious and such a great instructor! --Jane

I have had significant challenges...

Due to a combination of injuries and getting past the initial stages of becoming fit. I usually have setbacks that lasted a long period of time. When Karen offered to provide a one-on-one Zoom session I jumped at it. We joke because we should have videoed my initial sessions in April 2019. I am significantly further along and have become especially more confident in my outdoor activities in the last few months. It’s nice to say I moved up from restorative to basic beginner, then to a bit more challenging and more substantial positions and flow. Karen’s attention to the details of my injuries and dedication to providing an effective plan is one of her greatest assets. --Chris
