Yoga utilizes our own body’s weight to achieve all of the above benefits. Adding weights to some of your yoga practices can boost the benefits you’re already getting plus it infuses some extra fun into your exercise routine!

This 4-week course, of 1-hour classes, will teach you the basics of adding weights to your yoga practice while focusing on proper alignment to avoid injury and obtain the best results.

You will also receive 6 month access to the recordings of each class to replay (and re-practice!) at your convenience. If you are unable to attend a class live...you will still receive the video link and I'm available for any help/questions you might have!
