You may have heard of Slow Food and Slow Fashion, established movements that promote quality, sustainability, and fairness—but how about Slow Flow?

Vinyasa Yoga - Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.

Why try "slow flow vinyasa"?

  1. You can practice this style, literally, for the rest of your life!
  2. It won't hurt
  3. It can prevent injury
  4. You'll stop taking the body you have for granted
  5. Your practice will become more mindful
